No cost to you to sell, just need a printer and a drive to succeed. Part time or full time, your choice, your hours. We accept salespeople from anywhere in the United States so you can work from home. Sell just 5 of our smallest web site packages a week and earn $450 a week. Web Designer

Offline position.Web Designer will assist and create web site graphics and email graphics for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with Web Design Manager to design and produce graphics for all web site & email graphics.
• Responsible for the conception, creation, and execution of web design and usability projects.
• Design splash pages, banners ads, email messages, website, and other e-commerce marketing efforts.
• Other projects as assigned

Position Requirements

• Excellent understanding of web user interface layout/design/color/type
• Must have superior proficiency in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Flash & Javascript skills are a plus.
• Excellent XHTML and CSS Coding skills
• At least 2 years customer-focused online design experience

Web Developer

Offline position. Developers are responsible for building high-quality, error-tolerant, fast and efficient web-based solutions as well as building visually compelling interfaces for existing and new online systems. This position requires independent judgment, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Builds applications using Internet and Windows Development tools.
• Provides written design documents, test plans and test results.
• Develops, integrates and implements related applications components, including front-end development, server-side development and database integration.
• Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of the applications.
• Confers with internal department managers regarding problems with and the capabilities of various internally used web-based systems.
• Works in a team environment. Individual work products are subject to peer and supervisory review for quality. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
• Operates under supervision of web development lead.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent experience.
• 2 + years of related experience.
• Good knowledge of web design, development, database design, programming and systems analysis procedures.
• Good working knowledge of web development tools, techniques and programming languages, including but not limited to C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, C/C++, PHP, Java, XML, HTML, CGI, multimedia applications, database interactions and data modeling tools.
• Good working knowledge of database software (SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Access, XML, MySQL and PostgreSQL) and operating systems (Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Server, Linux/Unix).
• Good communications, writing and editing skills needed to transfer information to individuals involved in development process
